The persistence of nature has always seemed reassuring to me. Its ability to breakthrough, by-pass and eventually overcome – whatever we humans with our built environments put in its way. With delicate frond-like forms emerging and reaching upwards from the honed solid block beneath – this piece is a reflection on this theme.
